Training
Our training involves progressive and diverse training, developing your fitness and technique.
Sessions are led by the Club’s British Triathlon Federation qualified coaches and are structured so that members are able to work at their own level of ability and they are advised to complement their training with additional sessions in the week to fine tune skills and develop their fitness level.

Current Training Schedule
Our current training schedule is as follows:
- Running: Tuesdays at 7pm
- Wednesday: Uncoached open water swimming (usually in summer, locations vary - members only)
- Thursday: Coached pool swimming session, meet at 6:10pm at Faversham Pool
- Saturdays (once per month): Social cycle - locations vary
- Sundays: Long run 'on tour' - locations vary
